Expanded the workforce 476% in under 4 years — from 2,100 to 10,000+ — enabling 300% revenue growth ($150M → $450M). Strengthened long-term labor-to-revenue ratios from 73% to 65%, lifted quarterly eNPS 76%, and raised the diversity index 22%.

    Senior Vice President, Human Resources

    Executive HRBP supporting HR strategy for 4 distinct brands across North America, Asia and Africa. Facilitated $26M in revenue growth, drove integration of 1,200 employees, fulfilled 4,500+ hires per year, and lowered SG&A payroll 19% without impacting service delivery.

    Vice President, Talent Acquisition

    Led a 13-member team and talent acquisition systems across 4 US offices. Surged applicant flow 84%, cut cost per applicant 42%, reduced cost per hire 46%, and cut onboarding expenses 64% by engineering an integrated ATS, HRIS and screening stack.

  4. 2013 — 2015

    Enhanced Resource Centers (ERC)

    SVP, Recruiting & Employee Development

    After ERC acquired TMone, headed full-cycle recruitment and development across 8 US offices in 4 states. Built a global shared services department for 500 FTE monthly hiring targets, scaled the company by 1,000+ employees in year one, and lifted employee engagement 14.5%.
